Dear Support,

We have a problem with the "Function F" where the downloading of data into each door or all the controllers seems to be very very slow. We setup 7 doors by using 7 x 721-727CM -Server

The time taken to download User Card for 1 controller will normally take me 15min wherelse if I chose to download the User Card for a 7 door it will take me appro. 2 hours.

Is there anyway I can speed up the process?

Why I am using function F because, when I do a download of user from Function 8, the reader sometimes do not capture. We have check, the connection between server and reader is fine.

Please assist. Your reply is very important to us :)

Dear Ray,

1. Please check if you tick the option Verify user data in Function F.

    If yes, please cancel it.

2. Please try just click User Card instead All Items also.

3. Regarding Function 8, please check C:\Program Files\ 701Server\ TCP Error status.

     The link may within problem during your download period.
